Cerclemania II

My second exploration about sets based in circles. It's very similar to Cerclemania, but the circles are not placed randomly. The construction of this fractal consists in drawing a circle. Then draw circles smaller tangents to this circle, but without superpose with any other circle. The fractal thus made, seems a tree. I did a tree for every colour and I merged them. And this is the result.
